The Association elected five Board members who serve two-year terms and perform duties as outlined in the Association by-laws, and summarized below:
President: Prepares the agenda and presides at all meetings of the Board and membership; appoints chairs of committees with majority approval of the Board.
Vice-President: Assists the President and presides at meetings in the President’s absence.
Secretary: Keeps minutes and written records of opinions expressed at all meetings, is responsible for all correspondence of the Association to individuals; makes records of the Association available for inspection for any legal request within ten days.
Treasurer: Is accountable for all funds; maintains a bank account; gives an account at each general meeting; receives, safeguards, and disburses Association funds.
The Member-at-Large assists in Association matters as requested by the President.
