Welcome to the neighborhood

The Friends of Capitol Mansion Association is a great way for neighbors to join together to make good things happen in our own backyard. The District is a great mix of single-family homes and apartment complexes and all residents are welcome to join in our efforts. 

FoCM is involved in a number of important efforts that contribute to the overall health and wellbeing of our neighborhood — and neighbors. From installing energy-efficient lighting in the alleys, to working with police officers to increase security, to beautifying the streets we all use, the Association is doing all it can to maintain and uplift our district's streets. 

We're a new organization and we're still building our identity and our key directives. We hope you'll join in on the discussion and help us build a stronger association and a better neighborhood. Whether you own or rent, we want to hear your voice and hear what's important to you as a resident of the Capitol Mansions District. 

In an era when direct connection is lacking in many of our lives, FoCM is a great reason to come together as a community in a common cause. Get to know your neighbors, find a purpose in our efforts and help make your home a better place to live. We hope to see you soon!
