FoCM Neighborhood Holiday Decorations

In 2020, as the pandemic continued to hamper holiday plans for so many of our neighbors, FoCM decided to brighten the dark days of winter by decorating the lamp posts of the Capitol Mansions Historic District with holiday wreaths and candy-cane wrapping. Our members also created strikingly decorated wreaths for sale, all branded with the FoCM holiday logo. In the following years, FoCM has continued the tradition. We've lit and decorated the traffic circle tree, and the association increased the amount of lamp posts decorated on Capitol Avenue and L Streets. It was great to see FoCM pride and holiday spirit on so many of our neighborhood doorways during the holiday season.
